• Title I Technical Assistance Manual - This technical assistance manual addresses the requirements of title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which applies to the employment activities of private employers, state and local governments, employment agencies, labor unions, and joint labor-management committees. The manual attempts to avoid an overly legalistic style without sacrificing completeness. In order to promote readability and understanding, the text makes liberal use of examples.
• Title I Technical Assistance Manual – Addendum - The addendum to the title I technical assistance manual makes several updates and corrections resulting from three Supreme Court rulings that changed the interpretation of title I of the ADA.
